Also known as the Skyland-Contra Affair, this legendary scene depicts the brave actions which would turn the tides of the third Hemp Wars saga. Commander Smoke heroically negotiated the transfer of grade IV space lasers to the Zero Force in exchange for the hash that would then fuel the rebellion. Zero Force agents have been rumored to still talk of the exchanges to this day, stating "It was a good deal, a really, good deal."
